What I would say to my younger self is "STOP SPENDING...YOU DON'T NEED THIS"...and yes I would be yelling.
ReplyDeleteIt's funny, when I was in high school (an experience I generally hated), I would fantasise that my future, grown-up self would appear and tell me that everything was going to turn out OK. I didn't necessarily want details, I just wanted to know that my life experience would improve.
ReplyDeleteI remembered this little fantasy while driving to work the other day and smiled at the thought that if time travel was possible, I could go back and visit my teenage self, and confidently tell that worried soul all (up to this point anyway) would be well ;-)

My main advice would be try not to worry too much now because there is plenty of worrying you do when you're older.
