How did you go yesterday? I thought I'd check in because quite often the first day is the hardest.I did okay. I had headaches, which I think were from not having diet coke. I didn't use to have it every day anyway... but I think my body wanted caffeine. I didn't get the chance to exercise but I have my week planned out and that will be happening later on in the week {when it works better with Hubby's roster}.

ReplyDeleteI am sore today! I started my first X-Training class at the gym and I am feeling it big time! I got through it though, and some other people dropped out during the class so I am feeling great that I could go all the way till the end.
So happy for you getting through without diet coke. Caffeine is seriously addictive and I have to have my coffee everyday otherwise I get a headache! Now I need to lay off the sweets...
I didn't do too bad, although I still could'nt resist the blackforest chocolate in the fridge. I will aim to do better today. Still haven't found the motivation to exercise, but I'll work on that next week. Gotta get the food part right first.

ReplyDeleteI did go for 30 min walk/run on the treadmill! It was hard as all get out but did it.
Oh uhhh o... did have some red wine tonight though. I need to stop! I am really excited about doing this!

it's not about the weight for me, it's about being healthy and active. i am really trying to eat right and exercise more....will keeo trying, i am sure i will get there.
